  • How do I register online and create a Fashion World account?
    If you don’t yet have an account with Fashion World, simply register by completing the new customer sign-up process. You will find it by clicking on the Register button on the homepage.
  • How do I checkout?
    When you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, click on the shopping bag icon to view all the items you have selected, as well as the sizes and quantities selected. You can use the dropdown menu to change the number of items. If you have changed your mind about an item, simply click the bin icon to remove the item from your cart. If you’re happy with your selection, you can click the Check Out Now button. If you don’t have a Fashion World account or aren’t logged in, you will be taken to the account log in/ register page. If you have a Fashion World account, log in using the email address and password you used when you set up your account. You can also check out as a guest, although you will still need to provide your address and contact details. Once you are logged in, select or add the delivery and billing address, enter a coupon code if you have one, and choose a payment method. Check the box to indicate that you have read the Terms & Conditions then click Place Order.
  • Do I have to register online to shop?
    No, if you would prefer you can place your order as a guest. We will still need your delivery address, payment details and email though.
  • I can’t remember my password, please, help?
    To reset your password, click the 'forgot password' link on the login page. An email will be sent to you containing a link to the password resent form. Enter a new password
  • How do I sign up to the newsletter?
    Simply fill out the sign up field on the homepage or any other page on Fashion World Online. Alternatively, you can change you newsletter settings on your account page.
  • How do I add or remove items to and from my cart?
    You can add items to your cart by clicking the Add to Cart button on any product view page, after selecting your size and/or colour. You can remove an item from your cart by going to your cart page and clicking on the bin icon in the top right corner of every product listed in your cart.
  • How do I find what I am looking for?
    You can browse product categories using the tabs at the top of the home page. To find a specific item, you can search using the search bar. There are several ways to browse our store. You could use the navigation to take you to the department you want to shop in (WOMEN or KIDS) or click on the blocks displayed on the home page to look at a specific promotion or label. You are able to filter by price, brand, colour, or size within each category. The Product Details offer more information about the product whilst the Care Guide advises how best to look after it. Once you have found an item you want to buy select your size and colour, and click the Add to Cart button. You can add multiple items to your cart before proceeding to payment.
  • How do I select the right size for me?
    View the size guide by clicking on the Size Guide link on the product page. You can find the link next to the size selection tool.
  • What if I order something that is out of stock?
    You will only be able to order products that are in stock. However, if an item is in stock but for some reason not suitable for sale, we will ship the order excluding that item and refund the value of the removed item.
  • Can I reserve an item?
    No. Products placed in your cart does not mean that you've reserved an item. Another user can purchase that item if it is the only one that is left, and it will be removed from your cart if that is the case. Fashion World does not reserve items to be purchased at a later date.
  • Can I see my order history?
    Yes, your order history can be viewed under the My Order History tab on the My Account page. Click on the Account button at the top of any page to go to the My Account page.

Deliveries & Returns

  • What will delivery cost me?
    Orders over R500 are delivered free of charge. For orders under R500 we charge a fee R45 regardless of where in South Africa you live.
  • Where do I track my order?
    You will be notified the moment your order has been shipped.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to addresses within South Africa. Please note that deliveries to addresses outside of major centres may take longer to complete.
  • How long will it take for me receive my order?
    Order can take between 2 - 5 working days to fulfill. Please contact Fashion World customer service for any order enquiries.
  • How do I return an item?
    If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect, incorrect product choice or other reason, you may return it to Fashion World within 14 days of delivery, by the same delivery method, which the parcel was received or return it to your closest Fashion World store. You can either receive a Fashion World account credit or a refund, or have the product repaired or replaced, depending on the situation.

  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept payment by credit card only.
  • How is my payment secured?
    Fashion World is committed to providing a secure online shopping experience. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption methods.
  • Why isn't my payment going through?
    Check that your card number, card name and expiry date are entered exactly as on the front of your card. Check that your 3 digit CVC number on the back of the card is also entered correctly. Check that you have not exceeded your daily transaction limit. Alternatively contact the Fashion World customer service centre if you have trouble paying for you order.
  • How do I find out how long my coupon is valid for on a promotion?
    If you have a physical coupon, the expiry date will be printed on the coupon. If you were sent a coupon code by SMS or email, the message will include the coupon's expiry date.

Vouchers and Coupon Codes

  • How do I use a coupon/promo code/voucher?
    When checking out, enter your code in the redeem coupon field on the checkout page. Your discount will appear in your card. If it doesn't, your coupon has most likely expired. Double check that you've entered the coupon code correctly.
  • Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
    If you want to send some of our fine products to someone as a gift, simply enter their address in the delivery field instead of your own. Please make sure that there will be someone available to take delivery of the order.
